Thank you for your question, you made me realize that the news was ambiguous. I have changed the post; I hope it is clear now.
You can buy completes tables on the on-line store. There you can find tables with lacquered and laminated tabletop, three sizes and three colors; we are going to add new models soon.
If you want to build your own foldable table, we added the option to buy the FastLeg by itself.
The table is completed and Shari and I love it! The engineering of the design, and the product itself, is superb! The support, both through your help and your wonderful web site, is wonderful and greatly appreciated. I’ve always loved and appreciated great products; camera’s, cars, tools, watches, etc., and
your table ranks at the top of my list of great products.
I made the top myself and then covered it in laminate. While I made a minor routing errors, and the process was somewhat humorous if it had been filmed, the table turned out to look very professional. I had never laminated anything before so that was new to me and took some extra time to learn.
If I ever need another table I will definitely be a repeat customer!

You can make your own table following some basic rules.
You will need two FastLeg structure kit (FastLeg + mounting hardware) and a
table top.
For the table top you have to use a material on which you can use a rooter to make the housings
for the FastLeg structures. The board should have a thickness of three centimeter (1,2 inches) or more.
We make our table tops using laminated particle board 3 cm thick.
The housing must be routed on the bottom side of the table top.
Currently we produce FastLeg of 30, 45 and 60 cm so the length of the housing has to be the same as the FastLeg used.
The 30 cm FastLeg is appropriate for table tops ranging from 32 cm to 47 cm in depth.
The 45 cm FastLeg is appropriate for table tops ranging from 47 cm to 65 cm in depth.
The 60 cm FastLeg is appropriate for table tops ranging from 62 cm to 85 cm in depth.
You have to decide where to position the FastLeg respect to the table top sides.
This depend on the usage of the table. If you use it as a desk (you will seat in front)
we suggest to place the FastLeg structures at 10 cm from the sides.
If you will use it as a kitchen table (sitting also on the sides) we suggest to place
the FastLeg structures at 30 cm from the sides.
We propose an optional accessory: the shock absorber kit. With the shock absorber
the table closure is smooth and automatic, furthermore is an added security for
unintentional closure in case of kids playing with the structures.
The shock absorber too can be integrated in the table in a dedicated housing
Remember that the depth of the table is tight to the table working height.
If you plan a working height of 75 cm, your table top depth can not be more than 72 cm
otherwise it will touch the floor when closed.
We suggest to make the table top depth 10 cm (or more) less than the working height.
There is no theoretical limits but only practical limits to the length of the table top
The shape of the table can vary a lot: from the classic rectangular shape to bizarre shape
as long as you will have a straight side that is close to the wall.
